Bio: Hello! My name is Debbie Innes and I am a freelance copy editor and proofreader based in Toronto, Ontario, in Canada. I am a meticulous and conscientious editor who strives for the best experience for the reader. // I have more than 10 years’ experience as a writer and editor gained from my role as Communications Specialist at the Law Society of Ontario - the regulatory body that oversees Ontario's lawyers and paralegals. In that position, I wrote and edited content bound for both print and digital publications, including annual reports, government reports, magazines, website content, newsletters, and brochures.
